the villa
The villa has two master bedrooms both featuring a king size bed, en-suite bathroom facilities and walkin wardrobes.
There are a further two twin bedrooms with built in wardrobes. These rooms share the 3rd bathroom.
The large kitchen Diner include all major appliances includes microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Cutlery and crockery together with melamine tableware for outdoors use.
The lounge area offers comfortable seating area for all of the villa guests with satellite TV, DVD and CD player. There is also additional seating in the family area which includes a king size sofa bed. A selection of toys, books and puzzles are also located in this area.
Outside, the fully screened pool deck features a large heated and lit pool (heating is an optional extra, recommended between the months of October to April) sun loungers and patio furniture, with shade provided by covered lanai (patio) with overhead fan to stay cool in the fantastic Florida sunshine. Being a family villa safety in the pool area is a must, as an addition we have had a safety fence installed at the pool.
